Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items once an order has been placed.

We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely; however, once your parcel has been dispatched, we are not responsible for any damage, loss, or delays that may occur during transit. This includes items that are damaged after delivery or parcels that are missing once marked as delivered.
